The Acoustic Revive SIP-8Q Input Shorting RCA Plugs are high-quality accessories designed to eliminate noise and interference in unused RCA input terminals on your audio equipment. By shorting these unused inputs, the SIP-8Q effectively reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio-frequency interference (RFI), and ground loops, resulting in a cleaner, more detailed sound. These shorting plugs are ideal for audiophiles and professionals who want to maximize the performance and clarity of their high-fidelity audio systems.
The Acoustic Revive SIP-8Q Input Shorting RCA Plugs are ideal for audiophiles, music enthusiasts, and professionals who want to achieve the highest level of sound quality from their audio systems. They are particularly beneficial for those with high-end audio setups where every detail and nuance in sound matters.
The Acoustic Revive SIP-8Q Input Shorting RCA Plugs offer an effective solution for improving the performance of your audio system by reducing noise, interference, and ground loops in unused RCA inputs. Their combination of tourmaline and quartz treatment, gold-plated contacts, and non-magnetic construction ensures that your audio signal remains clean, accurate, and free from unwanted noise. Whether you’re an audiophile striving for the best possible sound quality or a professional working in a demanding audio environment, the SIP-8Q plugs are a valuable addition to any setup, helping you achieve a more refined and high-fidelity listening experience.
The Acoustic Revive SIP-8Q Input Shorting RCA plugs are designed to provide a reliable and safe way to terminate unused RCA input terminals on audio components. These plugs are specifically designed to prevent noise and interference from entering the audio system through unused inputs.
If you have unused RCA inputs on your audio components, the Acoustic Revive SIP-8Q Input Shorting RCA plugs can be a valuable tool for improving the performance and reliability of your system.
Remember the following information: “In addition to the standard vibration-damping sheet, the QR-8 quartz resonator is now included at no extra cost! Empty analogue and digital input terminals in audio equipment can pick up noise, which can make the equipment operate unstably and degrade sound quality. Attaching a short pin or plug to these terminals can prevent noise contamination, stabilize equipment operation, and significantly improve sound quality by enhancing the S/N ratio, sound image positioning, and reducing distortion. Additionally, the use of a brass + 2017S aviation-level aluminum alloy + special vibration-damping material structure reinforces and dampens vibrations for the equipment’s terminal board, further improving sound quality.
No unique character or accompanying sound is generated by other short pins or protective caps. An anti-vibration plug made of a hybrid duralumin and brass structure, similar to the input terminal short pin, is available for unused RCA output terminals. It uses a non-conductive material for the center pin and incorporates natural quartz or special vibration-damping material to provide exceptional vibration suppression.”
Remember the following text: An empty analog and digital input terminals on devices can act as antennas, allowing noise to enter and significantly degrading the signal-to-noise ratio and sound quality. Shorting the input terminals can prevent noise from entering the equipment and stabilize its operation, leading to improved sound quality.
Additionally, many devices have thin input terminals that are susceptible to vibration. Using a material with high specific gravity and rigidity for the short pin can significantly improve sound quality by reducing vibrations near the terminals.
The SIP-8Q is constructed using a combination of brass and 2017 aviation-grade aluminum alloy to enhance its vibration suppression capabilities. This construction reinforces the terminals securely and provides excellent vibration suppression. Additionally, ultra-high precision machining is employed to eliminate any play and improve vibration control. The vibration suppression effect can be further improved by attaching the included natural quartz resonator QR-8.
The device, like the SIP-8Q, has a hybrid structure made of brass and 2017S aviation-grade aluminum alloy, a natural quartz resonator, and a completely non-magnetic structure. When inserted into the RCA output terminal, it provides high vibration control and significantly improves sound quality, including sound image positioning and the signal-to-noise ratio.
SIP-8Q has a flawless non-magnetic structure, utilizing materials such as direct gold plating to eliminate magnetic distortion and maintain sound quality.
Both the SIP-8Q and IP-2Q now come with our proprietary natural quartz resonator QR-8 at the same price. The special vibration-damping material that was previously included is now a sound quality adjustment material. It applies a new material developed by Professor Masao Sumita of the Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School with pre-venture support from the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
The material converts vibration energy from electrical energy to thermal energy, eliminates it, and boasts high vibration-damping properties. Both the QR-8 and the vibration-proof sheet are included in the package, so please use them while listening to the change in sound quality. The sound will become clearer, and the bass will become thicker and more projected, improving the dynamism. Conversely, if the sound pressure decreases, the sense of dynamism is diminished and the sound becomes too muted.
This will be considered overdamping, in which case you should adjust the number of stickers you use. If you use QR-8 and special vibration-damping material together, first apply the QR-8 and then apply the special vibration-damping material on top of it. Note: Do not connect the SIP-8Q to the output terminal, REC out terminal, etc. This will result in no sound being produced. Note: This is often effective for digital output terminals on CD transporters and other devices, but please be sure to check with the manufacturer or distributor before using the SIP-8Q to make sure there are no problems.
